I feel that this is important to answer because living a healthy lifestyle has to work for us. Nutrition is especially important because 70% of our results come from what we put in our mouths. If we are making a change and it feels stressful, given the opportunity we will bail. This is one thing that can lead to the roller coaster of dieting.
