In the past, i have found holidays like easter to be particularly challenging. I would try and put rules on myself around how much chocolate i would let myself have (which I would always break) and be left feeling guilty and beating on myself. This would lead to pushing myself super hard in the gym to "make up for it".
This feels crappy and it takes away from enjoying the celebration with loved ones. So here are my tips for having a healthy and peaceful easter.
