When I first went vego, I put on a bit of weight from going very carb heavy. Now, I'm not against carbs but I know what my body responds to. So I started exploring my plant based protein options. The results I was getting left no question in my mind that this was working for me. I have even been getting a lot of questions from people around me, so I decided to share with you what I eat in a day to lose weight, the vego way.
