We want to set you up for achieving a happy and healthy mind and body so upon joining the program you will be joining our 6 Week Success Bootcamp. This is a series of weekly Mindset Check In’s and 1-1 coaching support.
To support you along your journey, you have full email support and Facebook support
You can also talk to your trainers for further support. We are here for you and want to help you get the most out of your training.
What we expect from you
Putting in 100% every session. Your 100% might be different from day to day but as long as you know you have given your all and can walk out of each session feeling proud, that is most important. We are here to push you too
Support your fellow Bliss Babes. We are all in this together. Help each other out and you will find that the community you build around you will help motivate you even more too
Communicate with your trainer. We keep groups small so we can support you all as best as possible but we can’t see everything. If something doesn’t feel right, if you have a pain or feel light headed tell your trainer right away so we can make sure you are safe.
Getting the results you want
Results come down to what you put in. We can guide you and help as much as we can but we have no control over what you do with the rest of your time.
Of course we want you to get the best results possible. You have full email support from your trainer. Any questions, please direct them to email@example.com. You will receive a response within 1 business day.
For more immediate responses and for community support, you have 24 hour access to the Bliss Fitness Babes Facebook group. You will have the link to join in your welcome email.
Making it to sessions
Accountability is important to helping you achieve your goal so all sessions will need to be booked in advance with your trainer
If you cannot make a session that you have booked, please message your trainer ASAP to let them know. This is important as the trainers plan sessions for the people that have booked and may need to make changes.
Safety While Training
During our classes we go to every effort to make sure you are safe with each exercise. In saying this it is important that you are aware there are risks with any exercise programs. Risks include increased heart stress and chance of musculoskeletal injuries.
In choosing to do this program you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage.
It is vital that before starting any exercise program, you make us aware of any limiting physical conditions or disabilities including but not limited to asthma, joint problems and high blood pressure.
By signing this agreement, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being. This means that is something is causing pain and doesn’t feel right you communicate with your trainer immediately and make sure we are aware or all conditional that may affect your training.
Let’s make sure we know how the money stuff will go down….
Your program payment is the agreed amount in the sign up email you received.
Your first payment will have a $3 fee as the EzyPay system we use does not give us an option to take that fee on ourselves.
If one of your payments does not go through successfully you will have 7 days to rectify this before the system automatically processed the payment again with an additional fee of $10. To avoid this extra fee, let us know before this happens to make other arrangements. This is your responsibility to check. There are no refunds on the late fee as this goes directly to EzyPay.
We do not give refunds for sessions already paid for. If you cannot make a class that you have booked or do not come to training for a period of time where you have not placed your membership on hold, there will not be any refunds for this.
Going on holidays or need to cancel?
If you are going away or need to put a hold on training for whatever reason, you can pause your membership for a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year.
In order to put it on hold – email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and the dates you would like it to be on hold for. We need 1 week notice to give us time to process this.
There is no cancellation within the first 6 weeks. After this you can cancel any time.
You can cancel at any time after the initial 6 weeks with no exit fees. To cancel please email us at email@example.com with your full name and the date of cancelling. We need 1 week notice to give us time to process this.
